It's great but next time pay attention on proportions and perspective. On this drawing right eye is a bit up (or the mouth is leaning, I can't tell). I had the same problem but somehow I've learned how to manage with that so you must study that problem. Try to tracing some photography before you start drawing freely.
Also you could add more details on drapery and hand, thinner lines on the nose and sweater. Shadows are fair, hair is good. Background is a bit flat, it doesn't have depth.

I'm not a professional but this is my opinion and I hope that you will learn how to deal with this.

That's her! I didn't know she could sing. I tell you what, I love her in the Resident Evil movies and The Fifth Element! Wonderful movies and she plays wonderfully strong women characters with a seasoning of vulnerability.
